Description:
This 4-credit course is intended for those students who are almost ready to begin Algebra I, but their placement tests indicate that there are a few basic math skills that need to be reviewed. This course is also suitable for those students who have been out of school for a while and would like to brush up on their basic math skills before they begin MAT 070 (MA 1103). Prerequisite: Placement by exam or permission of instructor. Note: This course will serve as a prerequisite for any course that currently has a prerequisite of MAT 070 (MA 1103).
