Topics in preparation for Precalculus I/Science. Topics include a study of basic geometry, right triangle trigonometry and its applications, trigonometric functions of general angles in both radians and degrees, solving trigonometric equations, vectors, Law of Sines, Law of Cosines, and the graphing of basic trig functions. Word problems will be emphasized. Corequisite: MAT 100 (MA 1106) General Education Elective: Math Career Programs only Note: A TI - 83+ or 84+ graphing calculator is required.
