(Formerly RAD 203) The study of nursing procedures, techniques, and therapeutic practices of patient care in the radiology department. Designed to prepare students to act quickly and effectively in case of a medical emergency. Classes in CPR, contrast media, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and ECG will be included. A clinical rotation through the ED and time spent with the Radiology nurses will allow the student to practice patient care, assessment, venipuncture, and vital signs. Prerequisite: RAD*111
