A course designed for the beginning Real Estate salesperson with concentration on the important phases of practical day-today operations in real estate brokerage. Instruction will include listing procedures, effective advertising sales techniques, financing, appraising, property management, leasing and professional and public relations. Prerequisite: REE 0032 or possession of a valid real estate salesman's license. Special fee. (75 contact hours)
