An overview of many generally accepted principles of the law of estates, trusts and agencies as it takes the student on a stepby- step study of trust functions and services encountered in the daily operation of a trust department. The appendices of the text contain illustrative instruments including a will, trust agreement, and investment management agency agreement. Designed for entry level trust employees; non-trust personnel at supervisory officer trainee levels or above. Principles of Banking is recommended as a prerequisite. A.S. degree credit only.
