3 Credits Provides a comprehensive review of effective techniques and procedures for selling customer services. Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to describe the process of successful selling in the customer services environment. In addition, the student should be able to define the steps of selling and identify appropriate application. The student will also be able to apply selling principles through role play. Prerequisite: College level reading skills are required. Credit for this course does NOT apply to the Associate in Arts degree.
