3 Credits An introductory course designed to teach the basics of navigating the Internet and the World Wide Web. Students participate in online and offline activities such as accessing the Internet, sending electronic mail, browsing newsgroups, and completing research activities. Also discussed is "Internetiquette" - acceptable behaviors and standardsof conduct. A special fee will be charged for this course. Prerequisite: CGS-1000
