Prerequisites: CS 01080 or Passing grade on ComputerCompetency Exam This is an introductory course on the world wide web, exposing how it works, and showing students how to use it appropriately. This course teaches students to create and modify basic web pages with markup languages and style directives, and how to embed non-text information such as video, images, and sound. The principles of publishing websites on the Internet and the process by which a page is delivered to end users will also be covered.
