Prerequisite: SYG 2000. The course challenges the students to consider the practical implications, interpretation, and theoretical perception of social problems. It also enables students to gain an understanding of their own backgrounds and opinions about the social forces that shape the problems. Students will also be challenged to consider the factors that have shaped their own views of those problems as they live them.
