Prerequisite: CEN 2313 This course provides the students with the opportunity to learn how to create database-driven web sites using service-side scripting languages. Topics include introduction to PHP, working with data types and operators,, building functions and control structures, manipulating strings, accessing files and directories, manipulating data in arrays and strings, working with databases and MySQL, manipulating MySQL databases with PHP, managing state information, and debugging and error handling.
