This course teaches the process of technological change and innovation in organizations. Attention will be focused on practical and innovative ways of achieving the integration of people and technology in a variety of organizational settings. Creativity, innovation and diversity are explored. Reasoning and critical thinking skills will be emphasized. Throughout the course, fundamental topics are introduced and explored including six-sigma quality systems, industrial safety, professional ethics and written and oral presentations.
