3 credits Students in this course will study how music interacts in the lives of children as they sing, listen, play instruments and move. Song repertoire and selections for listening and moving from the American, European and non- Western cultures will be introduced. Playing recorder as well as pitched and non-pitched percussion instruments will be demonstrated.
