Course includes new car warranties, implied warranties, service contracts, warranty labor operations, California common laws, Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), write it right techniques, parts and labor estimating, customer relations, internal relations, and communication skills. Prepares students for ASE C1 certification. 54 lecture hours.
