Developing ideas, planning and outlining, revising techniques, grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary, and paragraph development and basic essay structure. To complete the course, the student will be expected to write essays with no serious errors. (3 eq. cr. hrs.) (Fall, Spring). Prerequisite: Placement. This course does not fulfill program or degree requirements. Grading: A through C, F. Lecture/ laboratory.
