This course includes field experiences in health examining, record keeping, office management, first aid procedures, hearing and vision, scoliosis testing, and other state-mandated programs. This experience will also include the opportunity to prepare and teach health education in the classroom. This is the culminating experience in the School Nurse Program. Students are required to attend three on-campus seminars. Division approval required. Prerequisite: ED 455. All courses must be completed prior to enrollment in ED 456.
