Prerequisite: CMP 237 LEC 3 hrs., LAB 1 hr., Course fee $40 This is a continuation of Visual Basic with emphasis on advanced programming techniques. Topics include input validation, database access methods, Active X Data Objects (ADO.NET), processing multiple forms, Structured Query Language (SQL), complex decision and loop structures, file and data management, and error trapping and handling. Creating and using classes and objects is also considered.
