Prerequisite: ENR 117 LEC 0 hrs., LAB 3 hrs., Course fee $30 This course provides the student with an opportunity to learn about the process involved in the fabrication of electronic circuit boards. Using Computer-Aided Drafting tools the student creates an electronic component layout and the necessary art work for the construction of a printed circuit board. The student is introduced to project management concepts and techniques, soldering, test specifications and printed circuit board construction. A term project or a series of smaller projects will enable the student to manage, build and assemble a printed circuit board and to develop test specifications.
