Prerequisite: RUS112 or permission of department chairperson. LEC 3 hrs., LAB 0 hrs. This course satisfies the Diversity/Global Perspective requirement provided the language is not the student's native language. The course is intended for students whose study of the first year of this language is recent and who wish to hone their skills. It includes a continuation of grammar, conversation, and some compositions on cultural subjects. Vocabulary and grammar support listening, reading, speaking, and writing in an effort to enhance Russian language proficiency. The cultural context of the language is also covered.
