1 class hour 1 Credit Content covers topics related to modern concepts of the work environment and work culture. Utilizing classroom instruction alternating with practical experiences, the student will become knowledgeable in the area of Total Quality Management, including statistical process control, Team Skills, Just-In-Time Inventory, etc., as these practices relate to Deming's 14 points in Transformation of American Industry. Course will conclude with units devoted to development of interpersonal skills, interview techniques, and exercises in making application for a job.
