Prerequisite: COM 1060 Through sign language vocabulary development, students focus on more complex idiomatic expressions. Receptive signing is stressed, as is synchronization of fingerspelling with speech and appropriate use of space. Topics pertaining to the hearing-impaired community are discussed.
