Prerequisite: RDG 0800 or placement and ENG 0900 or placement This course provides an introduction and overview of the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Students gain a solid foundation in entrepreneurship and develop a better understanding of the role played by entrepreneurs in the global economy. Students will assess, explore, and critique entrepreneurship as an attitude, behavior, and mind set that can be applied within any organizational setting. This course offers a framework for understanding the entrepreneurial process and exposes students to challenges, problems, and issues faced by entrepreneurs who start new ventures.
