Prerequisite: none Students learn to work cooperatively with people who have physical, mental, emotional, vocational, social, economic, or cultural disabilities. Students examine the structure and availability of human service delivery systems. Compliance with and implementation of federal, state, and local laws are discussed. Other topics include the normalization principle, client rights, sexuality, and deinstitutionalization. Offered evenings, irregularly.
