Prerequisite: MLT 1010/1010L, MLT 1020/1020L, MLT 1030, MLT 1040/1040L, MLT 2011/2011L, MLT 2012/2012L, MLT 2013/2013L, MLT-2015; plus MLT 2014L and MLT 2016 must be taken in the same semester; and must be enrolled in the Medical Laboratory Technology program Students study medically important fungi and parasites. Also studied are unclassified bacteria, mycobacteria, and some aspects of virology. A passing grade of "C" is required in thiscourse. Offered days or evenings in the spring semester.
