Prerequisite: MLT 1010 must be taken in the same semester; and must be enrolled in the Medical Laboratory Technology program Students learn about basic testing techniques used in medical laboratories. Included are units on laboratory equipment, laboratory safety, metric system, blood collection, urinalysis, body fluids, and microscopy. A passing grade of "C" is requiredin this course. Offered days or evenings in the fall semester. Course fee: $75.00
