Prerequisite: OFT 1802 Students utilize dictation/transcription equipment and a microcomputer to transcribe legal material. Topics covered include: family law, termination of marriage, adoptions and paternity, legal instruments, contracts, corporations, real estate, bankruptcy, appellate practice, typing citations, and preparing an appellate brief. Independent lab time is required in addition to class time. Course fee: $30.00 (plus $50.00 refundable equipment fee)
