Prerequisite: PGL 1011 In this required legal specialty course, students are introduced to concepts of contract law, tort law, property law, family law, criminal law, business organizations, and wills, trusts, and estate administration. Emphasis is on not only theory, but the role the paralegal plays in working in these areas of law. Students who have completed PGL 1010 cannot receive credit for PGL 1012. Credit for this course may be earned through departmental examination. Course fee: $10.00
