Prerequisite: none In this required legal specialty course, students examine the professional responsibility laws and management principles relating to the practice of law. Emphasis is on the analysis and application of the ethics rules and management practices as they relate to the responsibilities of the paralegal. Students utilize computer applications commonly used by businesses and entities that employ paralegals. It is recommended that students take BAD 1330 before enrolling in this course. Students who have completed PGL 2041 cannot receive credit for PGL 1041. Course fee: $10.00
