Prerequisite: none Students improve their cardiovascular endurance through aerobic activities such as jogging, circuit training, full-court basketball, and indoor soccer. Muscular strength and endurance are enhanced by weight training. Classes provide guidelines for cardiovascular exercise and proper nutrition. Offered in the fall semester. Course fee: $35.00
