This course covers the major social, economic, cultural, and political issues in American history since the Civil War. A particular emphasis will be placed on the role of Georgia in the development of the nation. This course is taught as a seminar and emphasizes greater student interaction. This course satisfies state law requiring examination on Georgia and United States history. Fall.
