Five hours lecture, one hour lab weekly. CAN SPAN 2 CAN SPAN SEQ A, acceptable for credit: CSU, UC An introduction to current Spanish, stressing pronouncing, understanding, speaking, writing, and reading the language. In a question and answer format, students receive oral and written practice in sentence structure, vocabulary, and idiomatic Spanish. Includes an introduction to some cultural aspects of the Spanish-speaking world. This course is not open to students who are enrolled in or have received credit for Spanish 121. (GR/P/NP) (F,S,U)
