3 credits, 3 hours Pre-requisite: Completion of an introductory course The student will be able to carry out a contracted program of independent study in cases where the student would like to pursue a special interest or is unable to schedule a needed subject. A student wishing to take independent study must have prior permission of the instructor in the Social Sciences unit who will be working with the student.
