As a part of this module, particular emphasis is placed upon the laws governing contracts, creditors' rights, secured transactions, bank-ruptcy, agencies, partnerships and corpora-tions. Today's mangers need to understand the basis legal concepts to avoid costly cour-troom problems and other legal issues.
