One hour lecture per week. This course covers concepts of testing electrical and electronic circuits of an automobile using a multi-meter. Advanced diagnostic concepts and circuit testing of automobile systems is a large component of the course. Demonstrated lecture in conjunction with collaborative work groups is emphasized. Practical application in the use of multi-meters on live circuits and simulator boards is an integral part of the course.
