Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade Option UC/CSU, AA GE, CSU GE, CAN CHIN 2 The course emphasizes the acquisition of basic skills in pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and the grammar and vocabulary necessary to acquire these skills. Students will be introduced to customs, culture, and geography of China through lectures, films, and reading assignments.
