Three hours laboratory per week. UC/CSU Corequisite: BIOL 278 C. This course presents an introduction to the laboratory techniques of molecular biology. Exercises will include procedures associated with the purification of genomic DNA, cell transformation plasmid purification, and endonuclease restriction experiments.
