CSU This course involves intergenerational family studies and related career exploration to introduce Human Services students to family issues and to skills, theories, and competencies needed to empower families for reaching their goals. Various family issues, family/worker relationships, strength-based assessments, resource referral/utilization, community service coordination, and family and worker stress management are covered.
