It includes planning, financing, organizing, marketing and operating a catering service. Emphasis is on creating and managing various catered activities. Cypress College 2008-2009 216 / Human Services Courses that fulfill major requirements for an Associate Degree at Cypress College might not be the same as those required for completing the major at a transfer institution offering a Baccalaureate Degree.
