This course is designed to teach students practical techniques that can accelerate the path to success in business and life. To do this, a person must know how to set goals, overcome personal problems, work well with others, remove obstacles that can stand in the way and creatively design an exciting future. Students will acquire a mastery of thirty-four tools, focusing on essential soft skills, that include areas such as, motivation, resourcefulness, communication, goal setting, time, stress and conflict management, creative problem solving, teaming and leading.
