Three hours activity per week. UC Credit Limitation/CSU, AA GE, CSU GE This course is designed with athletes in mind, but not limited to them, to enable them to work out with a prescribed individual weight program at least three days a week. It will involve specific resistance exercises to develop parts of the body used in various types of sports activities. It will also add to the safety of the athletes by helping to prevent injuries.
