Prerequisite: MGIS 3351 and MNGT 3051. Covers a variety of project management techniques that can be applied in an IT or non-IT project context. Managing scope, time, cost, and quality are explored. Students are exposed to project management tools and associated software that can assist in better planning and managing projects. Examples are drawn from IT and non-IT areas.
