Prerequisite: MGIS 3352 or MGIS 3360 or concurrent. Examines the process of developing business information systems with a significant web component. Topics include requirements specification, systems modeling; systems design techniques in the context of the Systems Development Life Cycle, and design principles and programming of web-based management information systems, both Internet and Intranet. A major component of the course is the analysis and design of a business system with a significant web component as a term project.
