Prerequisite: OADM 1150 or equivalent, ALHT 1110. Emphasis on the production of medical correspondence and various types of medical forms used in the clinical setting. Students will be responsible for transcribing in-depth history and physical reports, case studies, operative reports and follow-up visits. A wide variety of insurance forms will be used extensively. A research paper is required. Sources must include the Internet as well as the usual literary materials. (Career Course) (F,M)
