Introduces history and principles of oxyacetylene welding and cutting, oxyacetylene equipment, development of the puddle, running beads in different positions with or without filler rods. Also a brief history of arc welding, basic welding processes, and their applications. Includes welding tasks in the flat, horizontal, and vertical positions with different types of electrodes.
