Worldwide patterns of cultural transformation, from the earliest foraging societies to the development of agrarian states. The prehistorical interpretation of these changes based upon the comparison of archeological evidence from Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Oceania. (CAN ANTH 6)
