Four hours lecture, one additional hour to be arranged. Focuses on the issues and challenges facing today's working artists. Topics include; the roots of international contemporary art, technological influences on current art practices, and the essential components for assembling a dynamic portfolio presentation. Students will participate in assigned projects requiring both theoretical analysis and hands-on studio work.
