Prerequisite: Computer Information Systems 95B or equivalent experience. Advisory: English Writing 211 and Reading 211 (or Language Arts 211), or English as a Second Language 272 and 273. Four hours lecture. Focus on responding to uncertain events or conditions for a positive or negative effect on project objectives. Implement techniques for planning for risks and learn to change project plans to reduce the probability and/or impact of the risk.
