Three hours lecture, two hours lecture-laboratory, and one hour laboratory to be arranged working in the Music Computer Laboratory or with music computer software access. Principles, literacy, and parameters of music including writing, comprehensive and aural analysis, sight singing, rhythmic training, ear training, and keyboard work for the more advanced undergraduate student exploring chromatic practice and the limits of the tonal system including a review of diatonic practice in preparation for a typical Music Major Transfer Exam.
