Non-credit course - Does not apply to De Anza Associate degree. Three hours laboratory. (No limit on repeatability for 0 unit courses.) An outdoor fitness trail designed for the older adult. The trail consists of a series of safe, mild stretching, strengthening, balance and relaxation activities that can be adapted for many levels of participation. Encourages even the sedentary individual to walk and improve various components of physical fitness.
