Corequisite: CTD 105 The internship provides the opportunity for an individual to complete his or her training with a company. The internship takes the place of CTD 106 - Advanced Operations of Commercial Straight Truck and Passenger Driving. Working closely with the school, a company provides the advanced training which focuses on developing driving skills. During the internship training, the student will learn to use all the attachments on their vehicle, i.e.; winches, outriggers, mixers, spreaders with a dump truck. Here they obey all environmental laws, D.O.T. and OSHA rules and regulations.
