Description:
This course is designed primarily for students enrolled in ARC and CNS. Students enrolled in the above curricula may receive credit for MAT 132 or MAT 110, but not both. Topics include a review of right triangle trigonometry, law of sines and cosines, vectors, factoring, literal, fractional, and quadratic equations and applications. Use of a scientific calculator is required. Prerequisite: Compass Algebra Score of at least 76 OR Math A Regents/Integrated Algebra Regents within the last 2 years of at least 85 OR MAT 131 with at least a C.
